Fire, Rescue and Injured Services:


1. Immediately after the accident, the nearest fire station or divisional control room should be informed of the accident.


2. Upon receiving the news, the fire personnel go to the accident site with equipment.


3. In case of any disaster or accident, this service can be accessed by dialing 999 or 333 or 102, and also collect the number of the nearest fire station.

Fire report (in case of damage from twenty one lakh taka to thirty five lakh taka);


Fire report to be issued based on the report of the investigation committee after the injured person/organization makes a written application along with the necessary documents;


Documents:


1. Application form (in the prescribed form);


2. Copy of GD;


3. List of damaged goods with their value;


4. Still image of damaged goods;


5. Paper cutting;


6. Original copy of invoice;


In case of uninsured and insured organizations, 150/- and 1500/- Taka (15% VAT to be added in both cases) should be deposited through Treasury Invoice to Bangladesh Bank/Sonali Bank under Code No. -1-7361- 0000-2009;


Decision to be notified within 15 (fifteen) working days of receipt of the investigation report;

Training, consultation, survey and exercise on fire prevention and extinguishing, rescue and first aid;


a) By the committee/relevant fire station on the specified date and time after receiving the application from the government organization;


b) By the trainer panel on the specified date and time after receiving the application from the private organization;

[The fee can be deposited in any branch of 'Fire Service and Civil Defense Civilian Training Fund, BRAC Bank. But the deposit receipt (pay slip) must be downloaded online. (Note: Application will not be accepted if money is deposited through any other pay slip except the pay slip downloaded from BRAC Bank online). The original copy of the downloaded pay slip must be attached with the application form. In case of training, advice and survey, the institution authorities will arrange for transportation;
